Paul is a graduate of the Royal Military College (B.Eng (Mech)). After 13 years in the Canadian Army as a Communications and Electronics Engineer (Signals Officer), Paul founded Prolity Corporation. His military career encompassed field positions, including two overseas deployments, as well as technical positions on several military projects. Since the founding of Prolity in 2001, Paul has devoted his evergy to growing Prolity's business lines and to building a great team of mission-focused individuals who deliver practical results-driven solutions to Prolity's growing client base.

Michael is a graduate of Carleton University (B.Sc. (Physics)). Michael's military career as a Senior Officer spanned 20 years of service, included command, staff, project management and instructional positions both as an Infantry Officer and a Communications Electronics Engineer (Signals Officer). After progressively increasing senior management responsibilities in areas spanning Customer Support, Software/Hardware Development and Training and Director Product Development for Peregrine Systems, Michael joined Prolity in 2005. Michael's core expertise in communications interoperability coupled with his operational experience offers a unique and valuable perspective to Prolity's clients.

James is a graduate of Carleton University (B.Sc. (Comp Math)). He joined Prolity in 2005 with over 10 years experience in commercial software development as a senior software engineer with Cognos, Inc. and Bridgewater Systems and 13 years of military experience in both the Combat Arms and also as a Communications and Electronics Engineer (Signals Officer). Since joining Prolity, James has successfully developed several software products that are presently used by the Canadian Department of National Defence and for which Prolity holds the international patent.

Peter is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada (B.Eng (Comp)). He joined Prolity in 2004 after a career in the Canadian Navy as a Combat Systems Engineering Officer, Department of National Defence Project Leader and Software Engineer, and independent consultant. Peter is an international expert and leader in the field of command and control system interoperability. Peter was the principal technical lead and coordinator for Canada's role in the Multilateral Interoperability Program on behalf of the Canadian Department of National Defence and remains heavily involved in this and other military command and control projects.
