Sep 18, 2006Prolity Corporation is pleased to announce that Richard Moreau has joined our team effective August 21, 2006 in the capacity of Executive Manager, Emergency Preparedness Capabilities. Richard has extensive experience in the emergency preparedness, crisis and consequence management and business continuity planning domains, and will lead Prolity's expansion in this sector. Richard, a graduate of le College Militaire Royal de Saint Jean, brings with him 25 years of experience as an Army officer. He has a strong operational background including five overseas tours and extensive experience in command and control as well as in the field of Crisis and Consequence Management.
