Mandatory Requirements:
·    Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in networking configuration;
·    Have seven (7) or more years of project management experience.
·    Valid security clearance at SECRET level.

 

Responsibilities:
·    Review CATSA's present equipment systems as they relate to networking and propose a networking solution to support CATSA's operational initiatives;
·    Manage the testing of the proposed solutions prior to introduction into the airports;
·    Develop a project plan, schedule and track completion of milestones for operational trial;
·    Manage an operational trial at one (1) airport;
·    Plan and oversee the LAN and WAN testing of the TIPS software in a test and operational environment; and upon successful completion of operational trials, develop the project plan, schedule and track completion of milestones for installation of network systems in 7 other airports.

Length: A period of one year from date of contract with one six-month option period.
 

- Demonstrated recent experience (2 years within the past 5 years) with analysis, detailed design, development and deployment of public facing internet-based J2EE applications based on UI frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience (2 years minimum) with developing CLF compliant Java applications or modifiying Java applications to be CLF compliant. At least six months or more of the two year minimum must include work related to CLF 2.0
- Requires RELIABILITY level security clearance.

 

Responsibilities:
·    Modify the Existing IRC system to make it compliant with "Common Look and Feel 2.0" (CLF 2.0) guidelines.
·    Test the compliant application across a variety of browsers and OS platforms in both English and French to ensure the general look and functionality of the application has not changed.
