Paul founded Prolity in 2001 after spending 13 years in the Canadian Army as a Communications and Electronics Engineer (Signals Officer). His military service was spent in field positions, including 2 overseas deployments, as well as technical positions on several military projects. Since 2001, Paul has devoted his energy to building a great team of people with whom he is building and steadily growing Prolity year by year. |

Michael joined the private sector in 1998 after retiring from the military as a Senior Officer after 20 years service, both as an Infantry Officer and a Communications Electronics Engineer (Signals Officer). After progressively increasing senior management responsibilities in areas spanning Customer Support, Software/Hardware Development and Training, Michael left his previous position as Director Product Development, and joined Prolity in 2005. |

James joined Prolity in 2005 as a principal in the company. He has over 10 years experience in commercial software development and 13 years of military experience in the Combat Arms and also as a Communications and Electronics Engineer (Signals Officer). Since joining the company, James has successfully developed several software products that are presently used by the Canadian Department of National Defence. |

Richard MoreauPosition: Vice-President, Emergency Preparedness Capabilities Telephone: 613-232-2869 ext 207
Richard joined Prolity in 2006 after serving 25 years in the Canadian Army as an Armoured officer. His military service was mostly in field positions, including 5 overseas deployments, as well as staff positions including Officer Responsible for the National Defence Command Centre 2001 to 2004 and Chief of Staff of 2nd Brigade in Petawawa in 2004-2005. Richard spent his last year in uniform as the Executive Assistant for Commander Canada Command during its first year of existence. Since joining Prolity, Richard has devoted his energy and expertise to building up the Emergency Preparedness Capabilities Division. |

Ken’s diverse experience includes being a Signals Officer in the Canadian Military in both field and technical postings, Customer Support Manager for a network management company and as a Store/General Manager for the Home Depot. Ken’s latest challenge is as Product Manager for Prolity, where he is excited about employing his skills and experience as part of a diverse, team-oriented and expanding company. |
